 Better Materials and Design for Better Doors
We've engineered our AMP Flush Doors to extend service life for the entire entrance. They provide heavy-duty service yet their light weight makes them easier to open and easier on hinges and hardware. Our design provides the necessary flexibility to withstand abuses that would cause a mechanically joined or welded corner to fail. Since the AMP surfaces cannot rust or rot and the urethane foam is impervious to moisture or water, our AMP flush doors provide years of long service life in environments that cause other doors to quickly deteriorate.

AMP face sheets are .120" (3mm) thick for durability, and never warp, split, peel, rot or need periodic refinishing. |

Stiles and rails are manufactured from extruded 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, sized and configured for maximum strength without unnecessary, non-functional bulk. |

Stiles and rails are joined with mitered corners and angle blocks secured by 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter full-width galvanized steel tie rods. |

Tie rods run through integral splines in the top and bottom rails, effectively making the tie rod a part of the rail. |

Face sheets are secured on all four sides by full-length integral reglets on the edges of the stiles and rails. |

Poured-in-place urethane core with a minimum five pounds per cubic foot density ensures impact resistance, flexural strength, and thermal insulation. In addition, it won't absorb or be damaged by water. |

Anodized aluminum finishes are Class 1 (.7mil/.018mm) and resist fading and corrosion. |

Aluminum face sheets are 0.62" (1.6mm) thick architectural-quality 5005 alloy. |
