Special-Lite Literature/Samples Order Form
Literature and samples are available at no charge to architects, specifiers and Special-Lite current and prospective customers in North America only. We reserve the right to qualify all requests, limit requested quantities, or reject orders. The standard samples listed on this form are provided at no cost. Requests for any sample materials not listed on this form will be considered custom sample orders and must be placed through the Special-Lite Order Processing Department.
Ordering Instructions: Please Read Carefully

- Click on the next category required and follow instruction #1. When finished, click “VIEW ORDER”. From View Order you can always continue selecting items or choose to complete your request.
